Michael W. Apelian has been appointed Vice President and Operations Officer at Turnberry Bank. He will be responsible for overall management of operations functions and budgets, compliance with bank policies, and applicable federal and state laws, rules & regulations.
Mr. Apelian has over 14 years experience in the banking industry, having previously served as Operations Officer at Marquis Bank, Vice President of Operations at Gateway American Bank, Vice President and Sales Manager at Republic Security Bank and Vice President of Administration at County National Bank.
His community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors of Here’s Help, a non-profit drug rehabilitation and education center, and Walgreen’s Red Ribbon Ride, an annual fundraiser for five South Florida AIDs charities.
